Ensure the name used in your account matches the certificate.
Include a copy of your Sales and Use Tax Permit (or other applicable proof of exemption) and your driver’s license for verification. -
Submit Your Application:
Upload or email all required documents below.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to review your application and update your account to
“Tax Exempt Customer” status.
