When will my order ship?
Same business day if you order before 1pm Central. Orders after 1pm or on weekends ship the next business day. Most US addresses arrive in 3–5 business days.
What's actually in the Mystery Pack?
5–8 ready-to-press DTF transfers from our active catalog — a mix of streetwear, retro, anime, mental health, and other top-selling styles. Retail value is $40+. You don't pick the designs; that's why it's $20 instead of full price. Great for testing what your customers respond to before committing to a custom run.
Can I order more than one sample pack?
No — the free sample is limited to one per customer so we can keep offering it. During this test, the Mystery Pack is limited to one per free sample checkout.
What if I just want the sample, not the Mystery Pack?
