Shipping Policy

Production turnaround

Orders placed before 1 PM Central Time Monday-Friday are prioritized for same-day production and shipping when artwork is print-ready and no file review is required. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays usually move to the next production day. Blank apparel ships or is ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. Apparel and DTF gang sheet combo orders are completed together within 1–2 business days, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.

Gang-sheet-only orders still ship the same or next business day. If you need your gang sheet faster, we recommend ordering the gang sheet and apparel separately.

Shipping methods

Shipping options shown at checkout are based on the products in your cart and the destination address. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates, but we use them to provide the best available service level at checkout.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at 2100 S Great SW Pkwy Unit 408, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Central. Please wait until your order is marked ready before coming to pick it up.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first and then contact us with your order number. We will help review the shipment details and next steps.
