Refund and Reprint Policy

Custom printed products
DTF transfers, gang sheets, uploaded artwork orders, and builder orders are custom printed products. Once production starts, orders usually cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded unless there is a production error or another issue we can verify.
Artwork responsibility
Customers are responsible for uploading the correct file, size, orientation, transparency, spelling, and image quality. We print the artwork provided unless a separate file review or correction is arranged.
Production problems
If there is a print defect, wrong item, missing item, or damage in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we may offer a reprint, store credit, refund, or another practical resolution.
Pressing and application
We are not responsible for garments, incorrect press settings, pressure issues, fabric compatibility problems, or application mistakes after the transfer has been pressed. Test press settings before running production garments and follow our press instructions.
